This notice applies to limiai.co and messages you choose to send through the contact form on this website. It does not describe guest, property or operational data processed within a LIMI customer deployment. Those responsibilities and controls are defined with the customer for that deployment.
Information you choose to share
If you contact LIMI, register interest in a sponsored pilot or ask us to map a property’s technology stack, we receive the information you submit. That may include your name, business email, organisation or property, enquiry topic, source page and message.
Please do not send guest data, credentials or sensitive operational information through the website contact form.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process routine request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested URLs, timestamps and diagnostic events. LIMI does not currently add advertising pixels or product analytics to this public site.
How information is used
- Respond to enquiries and evaluate pilot or deployment requests.
- Operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
- Maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Protect LIMI, its customers and others from misuse or security threats.
Contact-form records
Contact-form submissions are stored as LIMI business-enquiry records and a notification is sent to the LIMI team so the appropriate person can respond. The form includes basic abuse prevention and submission limits.
When information is shared
LIMI may share information with service providers that support website hosting, communications and professional operations, subject to appropriate instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a business transaction.
Retention
We retain enquiry and technical information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including follow-up, security, recordkeeping and legal obligations. Retention for a customer deployment is addressed separately in the customer’s agreement and deployment controls.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information. You may also object to certain uses or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
