LIMI Infra brings compute, sensors and devices into the property’s solution boundary. LIMI OS coordinates approved software and workflows above it. The deployment is adapted to the property rather than forcing the property into one generic platform.
Customer authority
Data location, access, retention and approved uses are defined with the customer for the deployment. White-label delivery and data sovereignty are core design requirements, not add-on presentation options.
Purpose-limited context
LIMI is designed to use the context required to improve a guest experience or complete an approved operational action. A useful preference is not permission for unrestricted collection. Property rules, permissions and escalation paths define what the system may do.
Property-specific review
Before deployment, the security review should document:
- System boundaries, data flows and approved integrations.
- Roles, access paths and management oversight.
- Retention, deletion and customer-control requirements.
- Operational escalation, incident coordination and lifecycle ownership.
- Controls required by the property, brand and applicable agreements.
Assurance documents
Security schedules, data-processing terms, service levels and subprocessor disclosures are provided when applicable to a customer engagement and once approved for that deployment. LIMI does not claim certifications, audit results or compliance badges on this website unless they are independently verified and current.
Report a security issue
Send a detailed report to hello@limi.ai with the affected URL or system, steps to reproduce and potential impact. Do not access guest or customer data, disrupt a property or exceed the minimum testing needed to describe the issue.
